We support individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty by connecting them to essential resources.
We support survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence by providing inclusive, trauma-informed advocacy and shelter services.
We support families with children by providing personalized coaching and financial counseling to help them overcome the benefits cliff.

Overview:
This program is designed to support some of the most vulnerable members of our community, households with young children and senior citizens. By limiting assistance to once per year and requiring a low remaining balance, we’re able to make our limited funding go further and serve more families in need of temporary support. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we welcome you to apply. Our goal is to help you maintain access to essential utilities during challenging times.

Overview:
Our Food Pantry is here to support individuals and families in need. Each food box and bag is thoughtfully prepared to fit your household’s situation, and we do our best to accommodate any food allergies. While we may have limits on specific preferences due to donations, our goal is to make sure you have access to safe, nutritious food when you need it most.

The only requirement for your first visit is a Valid Photo ID. During that visit, you’ll also receive a checklist of items to bring with you for future visits.

Overview:
Our 30 day emergency shelter is designed to provide immediate safety for those imminently fleeing domestic violence. Shelter is available to individuals over the age of 18 and families with minor children. SafeHouse is not just a women’s shelter. We are committed to serving anyone imminently fleeing.

There is no required documentation to receive these services. However, we do encourage that when fleeing a domestic violence situation, pack a “go bag” that includes all important documents for you and your children, which might be needed for other resources you are connected with. Pack essential items and medication that you would need during your stay. Clothing, food, linens, and hygiene items are all available to you in shelter.
